We provide a fenced-in play area for children ages four and under. Children are free to play under your supervision. We'll even supply the play toys! |

The Ogunquit Trolley
stops approximately 500 feet away in Moody every 15 minutes to pick up
passengers. You can take the trolley to the Ogunquit beach, specialty shops,
and Perkin's Cove. The cost is $1.50 for adults, less for children and
seniors.
The Wells Trolley stops in in front of our motel every 20 minutes to pick up passengers. You can take the trolley to the Wells beach, specialty shops, and shopping centers. The cost is $1.00. |

Whether you like to swim, work on your tan, or just relax with a good book, you will find our fenced-in pool area provides just the right location. The ocean may be a bit chilly, but our heated pool is always "Just Right!" |

Our playground is located at the rear of our motel complex. Relax in the shade while your children swing, climb, and slide. We add a deep coating of soft wood chips to playground area to safely cushion those little falls. We even have a basketball hoop for the bigger kids. |

On Sunday Night our 106" Movie Screen is located at the back of the office building, next to our pool. Relax in lounge chairs or on beach blankets while your family watches an Outdoor Movie. We provide the Popcorn!!! |
