The spacious interior includes large eat-in well equipped Kitchen, with Full sized appliances, Electric Stove, Dishwasher, Microwave, Keurig, Mr. Coffee 4 slot Toaster, Dishes, variety of glassware Pots & Pans and of course a Lobster Pot & Lobster Tools!

For your convenience and comfort you will find a washer and dryer, central air conditioning/heat, Spacious Living room with 55″ flat screen Smart TV, DVD player,  Queen Sleeper sofa, Outside breathe in the lovely Maine Sea air, while grilling on the gas BBQ grill or cooking Lobsters while dining outside on the front deck and relaxing on vacation.

Plan for sweet dreams in our comfortable Serta beds made up and ready for you. All linens provided,  Bathrooms has plenty of bath towels we recommend that you bring your own beach towels.

The kitchen is fully stocked with full size appliances.  All the dishes, glassware, pots and pans and of course a lobster pot!  Guests also have pool, parking and playground privileges at The Wells-Ogunquit Resort Motel! Host have over 30 years in hospitality & 20 years with vacation Home rentals.

Our Spacious 3 Bedroom Cottage near Wells and Moody/North Beach Ogunquit! Available for 3 nights or more May – June and September- October 15th. Rented Weekly, Saturday to Saturday July & August. Base rate is for 6 people, please add $ 15.00 for each additional person per day max 9 people. Cots, and Portable Cribs are available for rental for $25 1 time fee Please must reserve in advance. Included at the cottage is a beach cart, 4 stadium chairs and a beach umbrella. A $300 security deposit is processed 48 hours prior to arrival 100% refundable with in 72 hours after departure. The renting the house is responsible for following the simple check-out procedure in order to receive a full refund.
