Rented Weekly Saturday to Saturday July & August. Base rate is for 6 people, please add $ 15.00 for each additional person per day max 9. Cots, Portable Cribs available for rental for $20 1 time fee. Included at the cottage is a beach cart, stadium chairs and a beach umbrella. A $300 security deposit is due day of arrival 100% refundable with in 72 hours after departure.NO Smoking – NO Pets $ 200 per day charge if violated.

- A 50% deposit is required within 1 week of the reservation date to guarantee your reservation. The deposit via VISA, MasterCard, American Express or DISCOVER US Funds only. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival date.
- A $30.00 check fee will be assessed for insufficient funds.
- Cancellations: Cancel up until 30 days prior to arrival for refund of deposits paid less a $50 cancellation fee- if less than 30 days prior to arrival no refund unless the Cottage is re-rented for the entire period at same or similar rate. A $150.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from payments.
- This is a smoke free home all Smoking is prohibited. A $ 200.00 per day Deep clean charge will apply to cover rental loss.
- Due to allergies sorry NO PETS – A $ 200 per day charge will apply if pets are on the property.
- A refundable $300 security deposit is required for Damages and Cleaning fees.
