We are offering a “Grab and Go” style breakfast available daily in our office to all Motel Studio and Suite guests! Come say Good Morning and pick up a fresh cup of coffee and freshly made breakfast choices – enjoy it as a picnic in our BBQ/Garden area! Breakfast is available 7:00am-10am daily.
Cancellation Policy: We understand plans can change at the last minute, so to help we relaxed our cancellation policy. We now offer free cancellation and modifications up to 48 hours prior to arrival! No fees for cancelling or changing your dates with at least 2 days notice.
All rooms include a coffee maker (with in room coffee), fridge, microwave and toaster. Pool will be heated by solar only September 17-closure October 9th. Pool area will be open for sunbathing until the Motel closes, October 22nd.

Base rate is for 1-2 persons. Maximum occupancy is 5 with an extra bed. The Queen and Double Studios have 2 beds (one queen and one double), heat/AC, flat screen TV, microwave, refrigerator, in room coffee and a toaster! Some of these rooms have stairs, please inform us of accessibility needs.
King Bed Studio
Base rate is for 1-2. Maximum occupancy is 3 with an extra bed. The King Studio has one king bed, heat/AC, Flat Screen TV, microwave, refrigerator, iron and ironing board, in room coffee and a toaster! This room is on the ‘sunny’ North side and has no stairs.
Queen Bed Studio With Queen Sleeper Sofa
Base rate is for 1-2. Maximum occupancy is 3 in room with sofa bed. The Queen Bed Studio with sofa that pulls out to make an additional queen bed. Also inside is a refrigerator, microwave, Flat Screen TV, in room coffee, heat/AC and a toaster! Please note: Our property is one floor. However some of the Queen Studios have a single stair case with 3-6 stairs going to the rooms. Please request a room without stairs in advance.
Queen Bed Studio – Without Sofa
Base rate has a maximum occupancy for 2. The Queen Bed Studio has updated furnishings. It includes one queen bed, a refrigerator, microwave, flat screen TV, in room coffee, heat/AC and a toaster! This room is located on the side with stairs and is closest to the road.
Rate base is for 3 adults and 1 child or 2 adults & 3 children. Maximum occupancy is 6. Included in the room are 2 Queen Beds & 1 Double Bed in 2 separate bedrooms, shared bathroom and refrigerator, microwave, heat/AC and a TV in each bedroom, in room coffee, iron and ironing board and a toaster! These rooms are on the ‘sunny’ North side and do not have stairs.
Queen and Double Studio – Poolside With Stairs
Rate base is for 3 adults and 1 child or 2 adults & 3 children. Maximum occupancy is 6. Included in the room are 2 Queen Beds & 1 Double Bed in 2 separate bedrooms, shared bathroom and refrigerator, microwave, heat/AC and a TV in each bedroom, in room coffee, iron and ironing board and a toaster! These rooms are on the south side and have 3 – 6 stairs to the porch and entrance.
